"Last year we decided to renovate our home as opposed to new construction. Prior to this home
we remodeled two others in New England and it was a major decision to undertake this type of project again.
We have teenage children, two dogs, and a business based out of home so needless to say our residence is very busy.
We hired an architect who recommended Steve Walker. We met and received three other quotes from different contractors.
Steve's presentation was the most impressive and his pricing was mid range from our other quotes.
The projects we did with Steve included a completed master bedroom and master bathroom renovation, remodel of a laundry area,
pantry and downstairs bath, the addition of a 34ft X 20ft family room off the back of our existing home and a two tier deck. We
also replaced all windows, siding, and our roof. The quality of craftsmanship was excellent and every subcontractor that Steve brought
into our home also did excellent work. The contractors were polite, clean, and trustworthy. We would leave our home wide open and never felt
that we were needed to be present when we weren't there. The projects were constructed on time, and the contractors were easy and pleasant to deal with.
We were also having a pool installed at the time and Steve handled any/all questions the pool guys had and wanted no compensation for that!
This was a true bonus.
