Property Improvements LLC was founded by Steve Walker in 1990. Property Improvements was not Mr. Walkers first venture in business, he was the founder and owner of Walker Brothers Landscaping Design est. 1982. This was a full service landscaping design company with 30 employees. Additional services included custom decks, patios, walkways, snow removal and salting.
Since staring Property Improvements in 1990 Steve has perfected the art of general contracting, he will ensure all aspects of any given project are completed ontime and on budget by qualified, insured contractors and that it is done right the first time. Steve will be on the jobsite from start to finish managing all phases of construction from blue prints to electrical to roofing.
Steve also has Extensive experience coordinating contractors from all construction trades including excavation, masonry, framing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, fire protection, drywall, trim and doors, paint, roofing, external siding, plumbing, landscaping, driveway and parking lot finishing. As well as Full understanding of inspection process including township, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, framing, zoning regulations, percolation testing and sewer inspections. Experience with AQUA America, PECO, and Pennsylvania One Call System. Also through Steves years in the business he has developed strong relationships with architects, engineers and township supervisors in many local areas.
